Harbour House 318 is an updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath third floor hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and your own in-condo washer and dryer.

This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with wood flooring throughout, except for tile in the bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops with tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, a dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Also in the kitchen behind louvered doors is a stacked washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area where there is a dining table seating four. This flows nicely into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa and coffee table. Across from the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking Times Square and partial Gulf of Mexico views.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors give access to the private furnished balcony and also has a view of the Times Square area and the second floor pool and spa area. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom has beautifully tiled, has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a river rock bottom and sliding glass doors. Adjacent to the bathroom behind louvered doors is your own stacked washer and dryer.
