Harbour House 309 is a third floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath hotel condo on the tropica Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and all linens and towels are provided.

This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful wood flooring and beachy decor. The kitchen area has hard surface countertops, a stainless steel sink and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 2-burner glasstop range, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen the living area has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, across from which is a credenza with flat screen TV. There is also a dining table seating two beneath a window overlooking the pool/spa area and Times Square in the distance.

The bedroom has carpeting, a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking several shops, restaurants and the back bay with all the boating activities. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.

Each reservation includes a starter kit including, a small dish soap, couple of dishwasher tabs, couple of trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and hand soaps. One set of towels per person is supplied.
