Harbour House 214 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second floor hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with a community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and your own in-condo washer and dryer.

Your condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a combination of wood, carpet and tile flooring. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 4-burner glass top range with self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, a dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. There is a peninsular bar allowing a pass-through to the dining area with a table seating two. The living area has a sleeper-sofa with end table with a lamp and a coffee table. Across from the sofa is a corner side chair and credenza with a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking the tropical scenery.

The primary bedroom is carpeted and has a king-size bed, night stands and lamp, a corner chair, closet space and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is also carpeted and has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and tiled walk-in shower.
