Harbour House 207 is a large second floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives.. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels are provided and private washer and dryer.

This condo has a furnished entry foyer that extends to the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful wood flooring throughout, except for tile in the bathroom and carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen area has hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. There is also a pantry. Appliances include a 2-burner glasstop range, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a dining table seating two. The living area has a queen-size sleeper-sofa with end tables, lamps, side chair and coffee table on an area rug, across from which is a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out to a covered and furnished balcony overlooking the street below with its colorful shops, restaurants and back bay with all its marine activity.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
