Staying at Harbour House Inn Unit 305 you will be in the middle of all the action yet just far enough away to retreat to the seclusion of your incredible condo. Parking is available for one car in the covered parking garage, and then you can take the elevator to the third floor. On the second floor, there is a beautiful in-ground heated pool and hot tub, as well as a community room and outdoor seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is also available. You can soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers.
Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd., you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square is directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd., just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo, you can take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises, or sunset cruises.
For the more adventurous, parasailing and Jet Ski rentals, as well as eco-tours, can be found in the Times Square area. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels, and a private laundry.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas include tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, hard surface counter space, and an elevated peninsula dining bar with three high-boy bar stools. All the essentials are provided for full meal preparation. The appliances include a glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer set.
The adjacent dining area has a table for two in addition to three bar stools. This flows into the living area, which is furnished with a sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, two side chairs, and a coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony overlooking the street, including the bars, restaurants, and back bay.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, a corner chair, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony furnished with a high-boy table and two chairs with a similar view as from the living room balcony. The en suite bathroom has a vanity, and a combination tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, a corner chair, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. The window from here overlooks the third-floor outdoor lounging area with tables, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. A full en suite bathroom has a vanity, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower.
